Shipping Policy

At Acrylic Mounting Online, we take great care in ensuring every order arrives safely and on time. Our prints are custom made and securely packaged to protect your artwork during transit.


Order Processing

  • All orders are custom printed, mounted, and inspected before shipment.
  • Standard production time: 3–7 business days from order confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or for large custom sizes, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping option via Startrack, Australia Post and ARAMEX. The shipping times may vary depending on your location. We ship all our products from our warehouse at unit 14, 3 Macdonald Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565.

We do offer a Pickup option which is from our warehouse at unit 14, 3 Macdonald Road Ingleburn NSW 2565.

We can also offer express shipping at an additional cost.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.Unfortunately, we currently do not do any international.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • The online shipping calculator is based on StarTrack and Aramex. Startrack is also part of the Australia Post network.


Packaging and Handling

Each acrylic mounting online order is:

  • Wrapped in protective film/or small bubble wrap
  • Corner guards for the larger items.
  • Secured wrapped with a second layer of larger bubble wrap
  • Shipped in custom cardboard boxes
  • Labelled with fragile stickers for added notification and identification to handle with care.

We partner with reliable carriers such as Startrack, Australia Post and ARAMEX


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
1. Contact us within 24hr days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
2. Email through some photos of the packaging and product if damaged.

3. We’ll coordinate an insurance claim with the courier and organise a replacement item if condition 1
and 2 are adhered to, as couriers need to be notified within 24hr of receiving the product to be able
to lodge a claim.
4. Keep the damaged item as the courier may want to inspect the item.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

There maybe additional shipping charge if we have to resend the item or redirect the item to a correct address so please double check your postal address prior to placing the order.
