Return & Refund Policy

At Acrylic Mounting Online, every print is made to order with great care. We want you to be delighted with the quality of your acrylic artwork. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Custom Orders
All acrylic mounting online products are custom made based on the image, size, and mount options you select. Because these products are produced specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or usersupplied image quality issues.

Before placing an order, please review:

  • Your chosen dimensions and cropping
  • Image resolution and orientation
  • Mounting and display options

If you need help determining the best size or resolution, our team is happy to assist before production. Just get in contact with our team and we can assist.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra charge.

To file a claim:
1. Contact us at sales@acrylicmounting.com.au within 24hr of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage (including packaging if relevant).

3. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
We may request you to return or dispose of the damaged product following our guidance.

3. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after you place your order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, materials are allocated, and we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

4. Shipping Errors or Lost Parcels
If a shipment is lost or doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window:

  • We will work directly with the courier to locate or replace your order.
  • Replacements are sent free of charge once the loss is confirmed.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we cannot refund items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns Procedure (if applicable)
Approved returns must be preauthorised by our support team. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if required. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unless returning damaged goods.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

7. Consumer Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the quality or finish is not acceptable under these standards, we will promptly resolve the issue.
